All the materials owned by the Library are listed in our catalog, Athena. Searching is simple. If you have any trouble, use this helpful guide. Please note: The books and other materials listed in Athena are only available to students who are taking classes on campus. We don't lend books to students who are taking classes online.

What are "Online Databases"
"Online Databases" is a term used in the Library to describe a group of web-based subscription services. These databases contain everything from journal articles to job listings and are available on the Internet with a username and password. View our full list.

Where can I get textbooks?
Campus students can check out a textbook for use in the Library with a valid ID. Unforutnately, we cannot offer a similar service to Online students since most textbooks are not available online. Online students will need to purchase textbooks at an online seller like Amazon or Half.com. Week 1 readings for classes may be available through the Campus Common.

How do I access Getty?
Getty requires that anyone with access to the system has filled out a "End Use License Agreement." This verifies that all users understand the stipulations of using this resource. Campus students can visit the Library on 3 to fill out an agreement. Online students can email the library at aiplibrary @ aii.edu.

How do I cite a source for a paper?
